dark room limited minibar
The room i got felt really dark. there were only a couple of lamps. Not enough to actually see properly, especially when trying to get ready for an evening. the lack of a ceiling light. the minibar only had a few items. i expected a bit more for what i paid. A more stocked minibar wouldn't hurt.

central location helpful staff early check-in convenient taxi
the location is central! the staff were very helpful. my room was ready upon arrival for an early check-in. i found a convenient taxi stand just across the street, and a nice pub next door.
the window did not open, and the air conditioning made the room too warm.

Staff members are friendly and efficient, they quickly addressed all my requests. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist greatly contributed to a seamless and pleasant visit. The daily restocking of the complimentary minibar was excellent.

The location was very central. It was close to the train station and shopping areas. The staff was friendly. They were always ready to help with questions. The room was clean.
The room looked a bit dated. Some areas showed wear. I was close to the lift shaft. It was a little noisy. I could not order room service at 10 PM. They said it was shut.

I found the location very central, near the train station and shopping areas. The bar next door was excellent. the complimentary minibar was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. i was able to check in early, which i appreciated.
my room seemed a bit dark as there were very few lights and a small window! though, it wasn't a major issue

attentive staff central location spacious rooms
the staff at breakfast were particularly attentive. they accommodated our gluten-free requests without any fuss. they were friendly and eager to help. the complimentary whisky decanter in the room added a special touch. the hotel's location near queen's street station made travel easy. it's near many restaurants and shops. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean.
the noise from early morning beer deliveries to the pub below was noticeable.
